As of 2026, Mr. de Boer is fully remote and available online. The firm provides unbundled legal services so the landlord/management agent may dictate the extent of legal services that they want or need. Jarryd de Boer, Esq.

Founder
Mr. de Boer attended the Honors College of Charleston where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science and a math minor. After college, he joined the military and served as a Military Intelligence Officer. He finished his military career as a Captain in the US Army Reserves (resigned commission - honorable discharge). Mr. de Boer attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in Denver, Colorado where he obtained his law degree. Mr. de Boer has over eight (8) years of litigation and trial experience in landlord tenant matters in North Carolina. Mr. de Boer is married with two small kids and moved out of North Carolina to be closer to family.
